Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the most common positions ICOP hires for?

We’re always looking to hire hardworking laborers and heavy equipment operators of all experience levels.

  • What positions am I eligible for without a college degree?

You don’t need a college degree to work at ICOP. Our construction trades positions are open to those with various qualifications, including:

    • Construction trade school degrees
    • Vocational school degrees
    • Previous experience operating skid steers, forklifts, or excavators with attachments
  • Will I be required to travel for work at ICOP?

If you’re a member of an installation crew, you will need to travel to each jobsite. Crews work two weeks on with one weekend off. While road travel can be extensive, our team’s camaraderie and ICOP’s compensation package make your efforts worthwhile.

  • Are any trainings or certifications required to apply?

Yes. All new operators are required to complete OSHA 10 and forklift certification as part of their new hire training periods. Requirements vary by location; additional state-specific training may be necessary. In addition, ICOP supports employees seeking college education or equipment training through a tuition reimbursement policy. Contact us to learn more.

  • Are all ICOP employees eligible for full benefits?

Yes! As long as you work more than 30 hours per week, you’ll be eligible for our comprehensive benefits plan.
