Our Culture

Always Safe. Never Sorry.

Every person at ICOP owns safety in our job description. Whether we’re engineering a project, setting it up as a PM, or sending equipment to the site — it’s on us. For eight years, that philosophy has kept our EMR and TRIR below industry average. Each team member’s dedication empowers us to safely execute challenging designs with multiple components.

How We Stay Safe

“At ICOP, we all know that ‘Safety Begins With Me.’ Working safely is our #1 responsibility. We go above and beyond to prepare for any site conditions, and communication is the most important tool in our toolbox. But at the end of the day, it’s not just about the jobsite — it’s about supporting our people.”

Education & Certification

OSHA

90% of our crew members have attained OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Equipment

Team members must be certified before operating manlifts and other heavy equipment.

Leadership

Foremen and leadmen complete rigorous safety trainings that include CPR and first aid.

Adaptable Protocols

Safe on Every Site

ICOP goes beyond basic requirements to adapt to the ever-changing needs of each client and jobsite, building upon the same solid foundation: our in-house safety program. We work closely with GCs to set the right parameters to protect our crews, other trades, and the public.

For the Crews

Mental Health Support

Safety includes mental health. On this team, we support one another even after we leave the jobsite. If a coworker is struggling, we lend a hand — no questions asked. Reach out to learn more about our mental health resources.
