At ICOP, we think about our company as a community: a combination of people and relationships with a definitive role in society. This perspective inspires us to make a difference in the places where we live and work. We use our unique skill set to improve the lives of our friends and neighbors.
Over the years, this charitable effort has built a close partnership between ICOP and Habitat for Humanity. The ASAP Group and GeoStructures teams have made great contributions to this global non-profit organization, from Florida to North Carolina and beyond. Today, we’ll touch on a few of our favorite memories with Habitat for Humanity.
For ASAP Group, the 2025 Inaugural Build was one to remember. Our team had a hand in the construction of Habitat Acres: a 150-unit development of three- and four-bedroom townhomes. The site was in Homestead, Florida, just south of Miami. ASAP Group framed several new, affordable homes to help families overcome the Southeast’s affordable housing challenges.
In September of 2025, ASAP Group volunteered to paint a new home outside of Orlando. Our crew made short work of it, then opened a new bucket of paint to start on the next house. We also made a charitable donation of $2,500 to support Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando and Osceola County.
Through your team’s efforts, we painted the exterior panels of an entire house in one day! Our construction team was impressed! Thanks to the impact of your time and resources, we are that much closer to families calling these projects home.
The GeoStructures team volunteered with the Asheville area Habitat for Humanity earlier this year, repainting a home inside and out.
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, it’s more important than ever to take care of our neighbors. This experience really resonated with our team.
This is something we really feel that’s important — not just myself, but our entire team. The work we’re doing up here is pivotal to… making sure that people have a safe place to live and a community that supports them.
ICOP’s mission is to build the groundwork for a stable and secure society. That commitment goes beyond the workday — it’s part of our culture.
We’re proud to volunteer with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and will continue to make a positive impact on the communities we serve.
